Context:

Dataiku is looking for a Data Analytics & Operations Intern to join our Cloud team in Paris. You will play a central role in delivering data driven insights and data products to various teams in the company regarding our SaaS offering to drive both operational efficiency and user satisfaction. You will work hand-in-hand with the Cloud Product and Engineering teams, contributing to the success of Dataiku's fully-managed SaaS offering. We extensively use our own product, so you will also have the chance to develop your projects and upskill on our Everyday AI platform!

What you’ll do:

You will work closely with the Dataiku Cloud team to help identify business problems and solve them with ad-hoc data analysis or long-term data-driven solutions that you’ll create and implement. You will be the owner of your projects and manage them from the requirement gathering sessions to the delivery of the technical solution and communication to stakeholders. Below are some examples of specific responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth and complex analysis by leveraging our internal data
• Design and development of reports and dashboards via existing platforms (e.g. Dataiku DSS, Mixpanel, Airtable, etc) to create informative and easily consumable solutions
• Define and develop automated processes that support efficient operations
• Support the Cloud team with quick ad-hoc analysis requests

The scope of the job represents a unique opportunity to understand the company as a whole, develop your analytical skills, and learn the inner workings of a SaaS product.

Requirements:

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and present complex situations and concepts
• Curiosity and ability to quickly learn and understand both business and technical concepts
• Experience using analytical and reporting tools
• Fluent in English
