Dataiku is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician to join the Information & Technology Team. Working out of one of Dataiku’s principal offices (London, New York and Paris), you will be based in London. We look for someone with energy, pragmatism, simplicity, and a solid technical background.

IT Operations are critical to the success of Dataiku employees around the world. The IT Team is responsible for the systems, networks and services that Dataiku employees rely on.

Dataiku's current IT Stack is a fast-moving, modern, and cloud-oriented environment. It includes Google Workspace, Slack, Lucidcharts, Miro, Asana, MacBooks, Zoom video conferencing, and associated devices, as well as a few dozen others.

The IT Support is in charge of providing the best in class support to our employees worldwide, based in our offices all around the world or working remotely in this tech environment.

Expectations

As we scale quickly, you will join our IT Support Team to accompany Dataiku's exponential growth. You will report to the IT Support Team Lead for EMEA and work closely with the other IT Teams (Support, Automation, operations, and security). This role is physically based in the London office.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Onsite User and systems support
  • Assist the employees in their daily IT requests onsite or via Slack and support tickets.
  • Zoom rooms and AV support
  • Participate in providing excellent IT onboarding experience to newcomers.
  • Organise shipment and retrieval of the user’s hardware
  • Contribute to maintenance and support of the global in-house IT infrastructure in the Dataiku offices.
  • Operate Inventory Management and Ticketing systems.
  • Support onsite and offsite meetings
  • Participate in Documentation & Knowledge base.

The role might be a good fit if you have

  • Experience with 1st and 2nd line support.
  • Experience in Support in a modern cloud-first IT Stack.
  • Experience in Support for macOS.
  • Good communication skills in English (French or another language is a +)
  • Good listening skills, and you know how to help people asking for your support.
  • You can organize work and set priorities.
  • You have an excellent sense of service and a positive mindset.
  • You have 1+ years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international and fast-growing environment.
  • You are proactive and can work independently when needed.
  • You are a problem solver
  • You enjoy learning and applying knowledge to practical uses.

Must have :

  • Troubleshooting support level 1
  • Basic knowledge in MDM (Management Fleet)
  • Experience in Support for macOS (Windows / Linux is a bonus )
  • Knowledge in A/V support (meeting rooms )
