• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and ensuring successful implementation.
• Identify and engage new business opportunities, particularly with fleet managers, purchasing departments, and site owners investing in EV charging.
• Sell beyond hardware by helping customers understand how DejaBlue’s energy optimization unlocks cost savings and new revenue streams.
• Navigate complex sales processes, working through procurement cycles, competitive bids, and regulatory landscapes to win high-value contracts.
• Develop strategic relationships and build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
• Refine our sales playbook by shaping our approach as we scale, bringing insights on pricing, messaging, and market positioning.
• Collaborate across teams, working closely with marketing, product, and operations to improve customer experience and drive growth.
• You have 5+ years of experience in complex B2B sales, selling to purchasing departments and fleet managers.
• You are resilient and self-driven, excelling in environments with limited brand recognition and resources.
• You take an analytical approach to sales, using business cases and data to drive decision-making.
• You build strong relationships, finding champions within large organizations and turning initial wins into expansion opportunities.
