You’ll support the team with administrative tasks related to accounting, payroll, HR, clients and vendor management. This is an ideal role for someone organized, detail-oriented, and curious about startup life, who wants to grow their skills in finance and operations.
🛠️ Your Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process invoices (clients and suppliers)
Help prepare documents for accounting and bookkeeping (France & US)
Assist with monthly payroll processes with Payfit (absences, bonuses, expenses)
Support financial reporting (exports, spreadsheets, tracking)
Monitor and pay invoices on time
Update client and employee contract templates
Collect insurance documents and support claims or renewals
Help maintain ISO 27001 documentation and workflows
Tracking deadlines for admin or compliance tasks
Improving document organization and templates
Answer occasional phone calls and filter customer requests to forward them to the relevant team member
Previous experience in admin, accounting, or finance
Fluent in French and English (written + spoken)
Comfortable with tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Gmail, Notion
Super organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn about startup ops
