As an Associate Consultant you:

• analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.

• are skilled in creating content that combines data insights with storytelling, contributing to the development of socialization assets.

• are capable of rapidly acquiring knowledge about new industries.

• are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and delivering results under pressure.

• enjoy working on projects for Fortune 500 clients [e.g. L’Oréal, Galeries Lafayette, McDonald’s..]

• are curious, constantly questioning, and proactively seeking knowledge. As well as up-to-date with market trends and current events.

With this role you will join our Customer Success team, which is currently made up of 10+ people with roles like Directors, Associates (that we call Lead Strategist/Strategists), and Analysts.

• 2+ years of experience (without counting the internship) in consultant roles or Customer Success related ones

• Graduated from a Master’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing or Economy

• Experience in fields like Strategic Foresight, Data Analysis, and Quantitative & Qualitative market research (Digital Marketing is a plus)

• Good level of experience with tools like MS Excel and PowerBI is mandatory

• Being interested in having a more client facing role is a plus*

• Previous experience with fortune 500 brands is a plus*

• You are creative, a big picture thinker, curious and interested in marketing and business in different fields

• You are confident in respectfully expressing opinions in any situation

• Flexible and adaptable, able to work efficiently on various projects at different stages.

• You are interested in Start-up environment where cross-collaboration between teams is present

  Fluency in French & English is mandatory
