The position

Job description

The Head of Marketing will develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue. This role requires expertise in SaaS marketing, demand generation, and brand building.

This role requires both hands-on execution and strategy planning; it reports to the CEO.

This role serves as a trailblazing position within our organisation and therefore is an unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Dessia business & future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage the marketing budget.

  • Demand Generation: Create multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads. Align with sales for lead conversion.

  • Brand Building: Strengthen brand identity and increase visibility through PR and communications.

  • Product Marketing: Develop go-to-market strategies for product launches. Create sales enablement materials.

  • Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze marketing metrics. Optimize strategies based on data insights.

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing internal/external marketing team. Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration.


Preferred experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in industry, with significant time in SaaS.

  • Proven success in demand generation and marketing strategy.

  • Experience in RPA or automation technology is a real plus.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

  • Proficient in written and spoken English, German is a plus

  • Ready to put Hands-on
