About The Role:

In the context of Diabolocom's international expansion and our focus on international lead generation, our marketing team is growing. We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Growth Hacker to join our team and help drive our continued success.

Main Responsibilities:

•Identify the most significant, rapid, and innovative growth opportunities for Diabolocom.

•Participate in the strategic planning for Diabolocom's acquisition efforts.

•Launch and monitor online and offline campaigns (Paid ads, cold emailing, etc.).

•Contribute to the SEO strategy to improve Diabolocom's visibility and ranking.

•Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to ensure continuous alignment of campaigns.

•Manage email marketing automation, including writing, template creation, list segmentation, campaign configuration, and follow-up.

•Use marketing, sales, and CRM automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo.io, Salesforce, etc.) to track various marketing campaigns, enabling the measurement of ROI across all channels.

•Implement A/B Testing strategies to continuously improve our approaches.

•Set up the necessary reporting to gain visibility on KPIs and optimize outbound actions.

•Enrich, manage, and update our prospect databases.

•Analyze data to identify trends and propose new approaches.

•Manage Salesforce, including configuration, customization and lead processing automation (2h per week on average)

•Align Salesforce usage with company goals

About You: 

•Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Growth Hacker/Outbound Marketer role

•Knowledge of the B2B & SaaS ecosystem

•Ability to find innovative solutions to drive omnichannel lead generation

•Constantly seeking new growth hacking techniques and tools, staying informed about the field

•Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers, excellent proficiency in Excel, and a data-driven, results-oriented approach

•Mastery of marketing automation tools: HubSpot, Google Analytics, Lemlist

•Strong writing and verbal communication skills

•Experience in enriching CRM data for commercial purposes

•Skills in data scraping and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

•Technical expertise in cold email deliverability

•Experience in optimizing landing pages and prospecting funnels, including A/B testing tools

•Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written

Big plus: 

•Fluent in Spanish, German or Italian

•Experience in the Telecom sector
