Diabolocom, with offices across Europe, the USA, Brazil, and the UAE, proudly serves 350+ clients, with agents operating from 60+ countries.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our Design and Product teams, specifically on brand new AI product ranges, pushing the boundaries of innovation. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of proprietary generative AI technologies, creating products that are both cutting-edge and uniquely transformative.

Your main tasks will be:

·       The analysis and understanding of user needs and trends thanks to workshops, AB testing and market analysis.

·       The creation of our wireframes, product mockups, and deployment with Product Owners and Developers with Figma.

·       A good collaboration with Diabolocom designers and the co-management of our UI kit and Design System in Figma (tokens, atomic components, layouts, visual assets, etc).

What we are looking for:

·       You have already worked for at least 3 years as a UI/UX designer for a SaaS product, so the creation of wireframe, mockups and components are your daily routine. The Adobe suite (Illustrator) is a plus.

·       You have strong communication soft skills, and you are used to working in a team with designers, product owners and developers.

·       Your autonomy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills will quickly lead you to take on many responsibilities.

·       You are curious about user needs and well-organized in your ideas.

·       Regularly keeping up with new UI/UX product trends and strong interest in AI will enable you to propose fresh ideas to your team.

What you will find at Diabolocom:

·       A 100% collaborative work environment with daily discussions about Design and Tech trends.

·       Up to 4 days remote work per week

·       Regular internal events (team building, team lunches, end-of-year parties... and even a trip!)

·       A Design department under development, offering real opportunities for growth in visual communication.

In conclusion, we are looking for someone with a team spirit and a touch of creativity, who adapts easily and is always eager to learn!

Recruitment Process:

·       Interview with a Talent Acquisition Manager

·       Video interview with Sophie, our Head of Design

·       Graphic exercise to complete at home, submit, and get approved

·       In-person presentation of the exercise and meeting with the rest of the Design & Product teams

At Diabolocom, diversity and inclusion are in our DNA. All qualified applicants will receive equal consideration for employment without regard to color, language, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national or social origin, opinion disability, age.
