Our vision
Health is one of the most precious things we have.
Healthcare professionals work tirelessly to care for their patients, but this mission is becoming increasingly challenging as there are not enough professionals to meet the growing demand for care. Often, they are isolated or unevenly distributed across regions. They also lack the resources needed to fulfill their mission daily and to develop their practices or hospitals.
At Doctolib, we believe that technology can help meet this challenge by supporting both healthcare professionals and patients.

Life at Doctolib
Your journey has only just begun...
- Docto-Academy : An intensive one week experience that helps new joiners onboard within their team and globally.
- Bootcamp : All new Doctolibers spend a week together to gain foundational knowledge on Doctolib. Stan, our CEO, and other members of the Executive Committee introduce new joiners to the company story, values, strategic orientations, and way of working, among other topics.
- Team Camps : Team Camps are onboarding programs specific to each team. We train our new teammates on the particulars of their trade.
- Take Off : The Take Off is spread over the second and third months after the start date and introduces new Doctolibers to the missions, current and future projects, and organization of all our teams.
