-To
-Market teams, whether they were focused on B2B or patient engagement or operated on a global or local scale.

With this understanding, we’ve decided to open the search for our new Brand Strategy Lead to help us enhance our brand positioning and ensure a seamless experience for our customers. By addressing our vulnerabilities head
-on and fostering a culture of creativity, strategic expertise, and strong leadership, you will elevate the Doctolib brand to new heights.

What you’ll do

As our global Brand Strategy Lead at Doctolib, you will lead and take Brand Strategy to the next level to: 

  • Ensure a consistent and best
    -in
    -class brand experience across every user touchpoint
  • Increase the perception of Doctolib as a trusted service among customers, prospects and patients
  • Make Doctolib the most known Healthcare brand for patients and Healthcare practitioners in existing countries.
  • Become the most innovative Healthcare brand in existing countries.

Reporting to your Global Brand & Communications Director, you will act as a strategic advisor to our senior marketing and design leaders as well as C
-suite leadership and will have a strong impact in supporting our growth and trust objectives.

Your main missions will revolve around brand strategy, brand equity protection and brand community building

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Shape and develop Doctolib's global brand strategy while supporting localization efforts;
  • Adjust the brand’s overall assets: platform, architecture (out of product), insights, out of product tone & voice
  • Harmonize overarching narratives in close collaboration with Corporate Communications, Public Affairs, Design, Go to Market, Product Marketing, Employer branding
  • Establish formal brand guidelines for the company
  • Advise global and local teams on brand campaigns and assets 
  • Shape and drive future global corporate brand campaigns (if applicable)
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all touchpoints and channels
  • Drive brand agencies or support teams in doing so (brief, PMO);
  • Take ownership of brand insights and measure overall awareness and perception
  • Drive our cross
    -company Trust Program designed to improve our global brand perception as a trustworthy company
  • Build a close knit community of brand experts across the company 

Asserting leadership within the company will be an important part of your job. 

Who you are

  • You are a seasoned brand expert with a proven track record in advising on global and local brand positioning, platform and architecture in dynamic Tech and/or product
    -driven companies
  • You love figuring out the best way for a brand to show up and connecting the dots between several teams to shape overall brand narratives
  • You are a strategic thinker capable of designing a long
    -term brand strategy
  • You are a creative and innovative storyteller
  • You have strong user
    -first mindset, with a natural tendency to put yourself in your users’ and (internal) clients’ shoes
  • You are strong communicator with the ability to influence and embark others across all levels
  • You have a strong expertise in brand measurement and analytics
  • You have a native or near
    -native level in English

Ideally, you also have:

  • Great copywriting skills
  • The ability to train and coach others on your topics 
  • Worked in the healthcare industry
  • Fluency in French, German and/or Italian
