What you’ll do

As a Senior Traffic Manager SMA at Doctolib, you will join the Global Growth team whose objective is to scale all the Marketing initiatives cross
-channel and cross
-country through product developments, operational excellence and perfect project management. 

 you will be responsible for acquiring new healthcare practitioners in France, Germany and Italy, including doctors, physiotherapists, and psychologists, through paid channels.  

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop performance marketing strategies to drive acquisition of healthcare practitioners, hand in hand with our local B2B Marketing teams 
  • Campaign Management: 
    • Plan and implement our online B2B paid campaigns across multiple Social Media Advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Youtube…).
    • Monitor, optimise and report on the performance of all of our campaigns: daily performance monitoring, campaign optimisation, best practice sharing
    • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign results.
  • Scale and continuously improve our current processes when it comes to data, tracking, automation, performance…
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and content that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with local marketing teams in France, Germany, Italy

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid online marketing, preferably in a high
    -growth start
    -up or at a media agency.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience managing high growth through Paid Social Media channels with strong knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and creative optimization.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of KPIs, data interpretation, and performance optimization. 
  • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present data
    -driven insights clearly.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast
    -paced environment.
  • Language: Fluency in French and English.
