You will be joining the Global Talent Acquisition team, a team of 50+ recruiters in charge of building Doctolib’s organization. As a Junior Tech Recruiter, your role will be to attract, engage and hire the Doctolib’s leaders of tomorrow with a big focus on Tech, where our business is growing the most! You will work closely with our stakeholders in tech, defining needs and carrying out recruitment processes. You will have the opportunity to work on global hiring projects having an impact on the overall success of our talent acquisition team. 

What you will do

• Partner with Tech & Product leaders to build their teams in our various locations (France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands); 
• Develop a narrow understanding of Doctolib’s strategy and business plans in order to comprehend our hiring needs and objectives;
• Structure and a carry out a targeted research and sourcing strategy;
• Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit/add and compatibility;

Who you are

• You have at least 4 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) and a signification part of this experience within the tech & product sphere
• You have already worked with Tech & Product stakeholders; 
• You are at ease when assessing candidates, including evaluating their qualifications, experience, cultural fit/add, leadership potential, and alignment with organizational values and strategic objectives;
• You have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain relationships with executive-level candidates and hiring managers; 
• You speak fluent english.
