We are a global leader in Lead generation and we power the growth of 200 clients across 15 countries. We are lucky to have a team of experts with 13 different nationalities, working remotely and in offices across France and the U.S.

We work alongside our client marketing and sales team to power their growth. Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead.

We're looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic Paris office - You will play a key role in the Finance department, working closely with the CFO and the Senior Leadership team!

This is a permanent position - based in Paris - 2 days/week at the office

Your role:

Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present comprehensive financial reports, includingbalance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Provide valuable insights to helpSenior Management in decision-making.

Budget Management: Collaborate with Department Heads across the organization to establish and manage budgets, providing timely financial forecasts based on industry trends and company objectives.

Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, cost analysis,and profitability assessments. Offer insights to support strategic decision-making and optimizethe financial performance of our series B stage Group.

Internal Controls: Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard the company'sassets and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and reporting across the organization.

Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance financial processes,systems, and procedures to increase efficiency and accuracy in our rapidly growing operations.

Audit Support: Support external audits, liaising with auditors and addressing audit findingspromptly and effectively, ensuring compliance with international standards.

Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with Senior Leadership to offer financial insights and guidance onbusiness strategies, investment decisions, and resource allocation.

Profile:

  • 4+ years experience in progressively responsible financial roles (FP&A Analyst, Financial Controller or External Auditor). Previous experience in a Big Four Company as External Auditor is highly desirable.
  • Previous involvement in audits and interactions with external auditors is a plus.
  • Master of Science in Finance, or Engineering
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controlframeworks.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, translating financial data intoactionable insights.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Proficiency in accounting software and/or ERP systems wouldbe a strong advantage.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and externalstakeholders.
  • Adaptability and a commitment to staying up to date with changes.
  • Demonstrated success working in a virtual/hybrid environment and being able to be onsite as needed.
