While Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4, Claude or Mistral Large are already very powerful, they remain unwieldy and, as a result, vastly underused. Rather than focusing on developing new foundation models, Dust is laser-focused on the product experience. We believe that existing models are powerful enough, and that most of the value can be unlocked and delivered to customers by refining product experiences, interfaces, and interactions with applications powered by LLMs and fueled by customer data.
We’re a small and determined team of optimists that likes to focus on customers, getting great things done by shipping, and doesn’t take itself too seriously while doing so. We want to build a team that remains as small as it can be while serving a growing number of customers incredibly well.
We’ve been founders before. We’ve worked at Stripe, Square, Alan, Front, OpenAI, etc... We know what can happen when a few people feel empowered and work together well with a clear purpose in sight.
The Customer Success team empowers Dust’s customers—from startups to large tech companies—to achieve their goals. Your work will directly impact the satisfaction and ultimate retention of enterprises and smaller, fast-moving teams alike.
Joining Dust also means pioneering a new form of Customer Success. A GenAI-native company, Dust aims to illustrate how GenAI can help redefine the experience customers can expect from software and how customer success teams can be designed with GenAI in mind.
You’ll contribute to building a new product and category from the ground up in a fast-paced environment that encourages a doer attitude and ownership over outcomes.
Lead and optimize the full customer lifecycle as a trusted advisor, from orchestrating successful deployment of Dust through strategic account reviews, ensuring maximum value realization and strong renewal outcomes.
Help customers identify and unlock key use cases. Design successful programs aligning their business objectives and our latest product advancements.
Empower Dust builders. With varying technical capabilities, builders drive and facilitate GenAI adoption within their companies, encouraging cross-pollination of successful augmenting strategies.
Be the voice of our users at Dust. Provide insights on their experience to shape our product in the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape.
Significant experience in Customer Success or similar roles, driving adoption and retention for customers, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Proven impact developing and deploying successful digital adoption and education strategies in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Proactive in identifying and addressing customer needs and challenges, particularly in relation to AI-driven products.
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a flair for elegant solutions to first-of-a-kind problems.
Robust prioritization and multitasking skills to operate with a high level of ownership and initiative alongside demanding users and in an emerging field.
Must be a European resident with work authorization.
