Your Role at Echo
As Customer Success Manager, you will be joining the Account Management and Customer Success Team. This role is key as you will have the opportunity to help us provide the best customer experience and this by coming in at the early stage.
You will be joining our Senior Customer Success Manager and be the second addition to the team.
Your main challenges will be to onboard and understand client's needs to ensure retention and generate new upsells. As part of the CSM team, you will be the voice of our customers with the different teams internally (Product, Marketing…) and the main point of contact for international clients.
This is a huge opportunity to participate actively in the company's growth and to learn a lot at an early stage of your career!
