Specialists in the location intelligence industry, we empower innovation by helping companies better understand the world around them.

In a world inundated with data, quality is crucial. We use data science, machine learning, and human feedback to build Europe's most comprehensive, high-quality datasets, enriched with differentiating attributes that outmaneuver the competition.

We aren’t just about reliable data (read: unmatched quality) though.

Life at Echo is about individual growth, collective ambition, and a culture that values and celebrates diversity; With a "people first" philosophy guiding everything we do.

You'll be at the heart of innovation, tackling projects that shape our future, with the best people possible!

Your Role at Echo

Are you a digital marketing professional who thrives on data-driven strategies, creative execution, and performance-driven growth?

Do you love the challenge of scaling B2B marketing campaigns globally? If so, we want you on our marketing team!

At Echo Analytics, we’re revolutionizing location intelligence, providing actionable insights to companies worldwide. As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, owning and optimizing our digital presence to drive high-quality leads and accelerate revenue. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver results that matter.

This is your chance to own digital strategy end-to-end, experiment with innovative marketing tactics, and make a tangible impact in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

As such, your main responsibilities will be:

1/ Website & Webflow Management

  • Take full ownership of our Webflow website—optimize UX, conversion rates, landing page and SEO performance.
  • Run A/B tests to continuously improve site performance.
  • Oversee structured data, crawlability, mobile optimization, and indexation strategies.

2/ Lead & Demand Generation

  • Plan, execute, and optimize B2B lead gen campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop and manage budgets for paid media campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Own paid media and performance marketing, including PPC, display, programmatic, and paid social.
  • Design and manage a full marketing funnel framework, including lead scoring, distribution, and lifecycle stages.
  • Optimize marketing automation workflows and CRM integration (HubSpot).
  • Align with Sales to ensure MQLs/SQLs convert into revenue-driving opportunities.

3/ Tracking, Reporting & Optimization

  • Monitor key performance metrics (CPL, MQLs, conversion rates, ROI) and provide actionable insights.
  • Leverage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing dashboards to track and optimize performance.

What we’re looking for:

You're a proactive, results-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a strategic mindset, but you’re also hands-on when it comes to execution.

  • 3-5+ years in digital marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing in a B2B environment.
  • Strong experience with SEO Tools ( SEMrush, Ahrefs ), SEM, ABM tactics, and PPC advertising & LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and PPC platforms
  • Proven expertise in running high-performing digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and display networks.
  • Hands-on experience with major digital platforms: Webflow, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, and CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset – you love making data-driven decisions and tracking performance.
  • Excellent project management skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scale-up environment where agility is key.
  • Fluency in English, French is an added bonus
