Please note that this position will be fully remote and requires to be based in Toronto or GTA.

Your Role at Echo

Join our dynamic team as an SDR Manager focusing on the North American market, where you'll be an integral part of our small NA Sales Team, yet stay seamlessly connected to our Paris-based sales organization of over 25 professionals. Our common goal is to build and nurture successful relationships with prospects and close new business.


As the SDR Manager, your primary focus will be to empower your team of 3 SDRs to achieve their target of qualified opportunities. Working closely with the Head of North American Sales (based in Toronto), you'll take charge of expanding and developing the SDR team and contributing to the growth and success of our NA market presence.

As such, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Deliver on quarterly “handover” targets (or qualified opportunities)
  • Day to day management of the team (weekly team meetings, 1to1s, performance reviews...etc)
  • Grow and structure the North American SDR Team
  • Create and optimize outbound strategies, outreach sequences and efficiency using technology and tools
  • Train & coach the team
  • Attend conferences and events


You will do this by:

  • Defining & executing new strategies to generate qualified opportunities
  • Working closely with the Marketing/Ops team to improve our current platforms & channels of lead generation
  • Improving the prospection process to reach more people and improve your KPIs
  • Develop product and industry knowledge among the team members

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years experience as an SDR Manager or other sales role where you had the opportunity to either manage, coach or mentor people
  • You had the opportunity to manage the entire sale cycle in a complex product environment
  • You know how to drive and motivate a team of people
  • You are known for your high level of energy
  • You can show empathy towards your team and towards prospects
  • You always look for best practices and new improvements

Bonus:

  • Experience working booths at events
  • Preference for working in a start-up environment
