Our 20+ member sales team is segmented into three sub-teams, each covering different stages of the sales cycle.
Our SDR team is at the forefront of everything, uncovering all relevant opportunities. Next, our team of Account Executives takes a deep dive, meticulously assessing each potential customer's needs and expectations, aiming to close as many contracts as possible.
Upon contract finalization, our Account Management & CSM team assumes responsibility, managing every client inquiry and exploring upsell possibilities.
Additionally, we have a dedicated Sales Operations specialist ensuring seamless operational efficiency!
An integral part of the R&D Team, the Product Team is at the center of our business.
They define the product vision, strategize features and improvements, and execute the development process, working together to identify industry requirements and take Echo’s products to the next level.

The marketing team at Echo Analytics is dedicated to driving growth and strengthening brand attachment, aiming to elevate the company's performance and introduce its products to a broader audience.
They adeptly handle a mix of online and offline initiatives to achieve several key objectives: increasing brand awareness, boosting web traffic, fostering community engagement, establishing industry authority, and generating high-quality leads to amplify sales. Their strategies include organizing in-person events, crafting a differentiating content strategy, executing targeted ad campaigns, developing and refining the company website and its content, engaging in partnership marketing, and strengthening our social media footprint.
This team collaborates closely with Sales and Product to ensure their efforts are in sync with Echo’s overarching goals, focusing on boosting profits and unlocking new opportunities.
This department holds a strategic responsibility: carrying the crucial role of enriching the company's value proposition.
Their mission? Curating a unique and powerful blend of data from selected sources to serve the highest quality data products to their customers.
Their expertise lies in selecting and sourcing varied kinds of data from different providers and anticipate their integrability into their data lakes. Beyond acquisition, they are also involved in carefully nurturing every aspect of the data deals into operational success.
Their main objective is to attract, retain, and develop talented individuals who align with the company's goals and culture. On one side, the Talent Acquisition team partners with all managers to ensure that the hiring needs are fulfilled, and candidate experience is respected. They also work on building the most authentic employer brand possible, aligned with our Culture.
On the other side, their HR Manager handles everything related to admin and building strong internal policies. She also takes care of the entire employee journey at Echo Analytics and, therefore, develops their people.
