Job description
As the Growth Marketing Intern at Edda, you will spend 6 months learning about the various facets of a marketing team. You will work to increase Edda’s visibility among potential investors and convert them into active platform users quickly, all under the direct mentorship of the CEO.
What You Will Do:
Strategy Development: Partner with the marketing team to create and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies focused on corporate and product initiatives.
Digital Marketing: Leverage SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media channels to drive lead generation and enhance brand awareness.
Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs, devise lead generation strategies, and improve conversion rates.
Campaign Optimization: Analyze current campaigns, suggest improvements, and automate processes to boost long-term effectiveness.
Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain performance tracking dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly) based on set objectives.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze business KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to meet monthly targets.
Content Creation: Assist in organizing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance analysis.
Industry Insights: Stay informed about competitor strategies, emerging trends, and content in the venture capital and finance industry.
ROI Optimization: Evaluate data to refine marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring the highest possible ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and focus on growth marketing initiatives.
Supervision and Mentorship:
Student in the final year or gap year of a Bachelor’s degree +4/5 in digital marketing, business school or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; native proficiency preferred.
Good technical skills and understanding of online marketing.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Open-minded, curious, and willing to challenge the status quo.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Creative and conceptual thinker with strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Passion for writing and community engagement, along with excellent communication skills.
Ability to positively receive and adapt to feedback.
Nice to Have:
Previous marketing experience in a SaaS company.
Creative, innovative, resourceful, autonomous, with an appetite for new technologies.
