You will be reporting directly to the Global Marketing Operations Senior Manager and assisting the Marketing Operations Team with all related tasks.
You will be required to perform administrative tasks, conduct market research, update the system database, create marketing literature, and foster strong relationships with our clients.
Your main responsibilities will be to :
Digital Marketing:
Community Management (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok,Blog): post regular news and press updates
Ensure coherence with key messages and branding amongst the EfficientIP Partner Portal
Field Marketing:
Assist with planning and executing field marketing campaigns, including trade shows, events, and channel marketing activities.
Manage logistics for trade shows and events, including booth setup, materials preparation, and lead generation.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences and future regional event strategies.
Track and report on event performance metrics.
Customer Advocacy:
Work together with an internal team in order to build customer advocacy programs and reviews on key websites such as G2, Gartner Peer Insights,…
Communicating with internal teams, clients and affiliate partners
Marketing Ops:
Regular reporting of meetings
Assist with the creation and orders of new materials to support events or other sales activities
Support back office activities such as CRM imports
Ensure data quality in the CRM such as an opportunity source (monitoring & followup)
Ongoing Master Degree in Marketing or Bachelor; specialized in Marketing
A first experience in Marketing is highly appreciated
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in IT and learning about the “guts” of the internet and networks
Strong organizational capacities and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time;
Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
Creativity, organization, reliability and punctuality
Ability to work in an international team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite a plus
Proficiency in Wordpress
Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
