👉 We’re seeking a highly passionate Frontend Developer to join our team and take on significant responsibility for both the design and development of our user interface. In this pivotal role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the entire visual and functional direction of our platform, ensuring that our interfaces are both intuitive and visually striking. You will work closely with the Product Team to deliver seamless, user-centric features, while taking full ownership of the design process, from concept to execution. Your role will have a direct impact on the product’s success and growth.

Context

• Location: Paris (75002), 2 days remote/week

• Cofounders: CEO (Tristan Kalos) and CTO (Antoine Carossio)

• Engineering Team: 10 Engineers (including 3 Interns), 2 Technical Leads

• You’ll be working in a close-knit team of 4 outstanding engineers under supervision of a technical lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development: Implement and enhance high-performance user interfaces using Node.js, Svelte.js, ensuring they are intuitive, responsive, and aligned with design mockups.

• Backend Integration: Connect frontend components to our GraphQL API for efficient data retrieval and interaction with backend systems.

• Design Ownership: Take full responsibility for the design process, from creating appealing interfaces to refining user interactions.

• Product Design: Work closely with the Product Team to translate customer requirements into beautiful, functional designs.

• Customer Collaboration: Assist the product team in customer calls to understand specific needs and requirements, helping to ensure that development aligns with real-world use cases.

• User Experience Focus: Ensure that every feature and interaction is optimized for a great user experience, balancing functionality and design.

• Mentorship and Training: Work closely with other developers to ensure smooth integration of their code into your projects, fostering collaboration and shared success.

Experience

• 1+ year of experience: Proven experience as a Frontend Developer, with a passion for design and willingness to take ownership.

• Bilingual Proficiency: Perfectly fluent in both French and English, enabling effective communication in a bilingual environment.

• Frontend Skills: Proficiency in Node.js, and familiarity with Vue.js or Svelte for building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

• Backend Experience: Familiarity with integrating frontend components with a GraphQL API.

• Design Expertise: A strong passion for design, with experience in both UI design and implementation.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure every detail of design and performance meets high standards.

• Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work well within a team, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive work environment.
