We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Controller to our Business Unit Professional Hygiene, Region South West for France .

The position is located in Saint-Ouen and you will report to the Senior Sales & Marketing Controller, PH France.
Perform analysis and controls regarding the financial performance of our Business unit in France
Support local Sales and Marketing organizations in monitoring overall performance and deviations
Active part and sparring partner of the local management teams
Prepares and provides insights to the Local Management Teams in all operational financial aspects
Drives the local monthly and year-end closing processes
Prepare deviation analysis as base for decisions and corrective actions
Secure financial planning processes (Budget/Forecast/Financial Plan)
Support and train the organization in the digital transformation process of Essity
Support with the PBI reports
University degree in relevant discipline
First experience in controlling in a similar role
Fluent in French & English, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical and planning skills
Sound financial understanding and accounting know how
Good collaboration, communication & presentation skills
You are action-oriented, customer-focus and self-driven with minimum supervision.
Digital Skills, SAP and PowerBI skills are a plus
Experience of working in a matrix organization and “down to earth” approach
