Data plays a crucial role in the effective management of our human resources. We need someone who will ensure the accuracy of HR data and support our HR operations. We are seeking a motivated International HR Reporting Officer to join our dynamic HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Analysis: Gather HR data from various international locations, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic HR decisions.

Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive HR reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to senior management. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key HR metrics.

Data Integrity: Implement and oversee data integrity protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of HR data. Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify discrepancies.

System Management: Manage HR information systems (HRIS) and ensure they are optimized for data collection, storage, and reporting. Collaborate with the providers to address any system issues and implement improvements.

Prefered candiate profile :

  • Master 2 in Human resources (University or business school)

  • Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical: Ability to analyze HR data and generate meaningful reports.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and management across different regions.
  • Curiosity and Cultural Awareness: Understanding and respecting cultural differences in the workplace.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address and resolve HR-related issues effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in HR data and compliance with regulations.
  • Fluent English
