As a Flow Sales professional for the EMEA region, you will contribute to driving our business forward in the European market. With a foundation in both traditional finance and the crypto landscape, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key clients, providing liquidity solutions, and working closely with our trading desk.
You will act as a bridge between our clients and the internal teams, ensuring seamless operations and addressing client needs efficiently. This role demands a good understanding of liquidity provision and excellent relationship management skills.
Requirements
Your role and responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients in the EMEA region, managing and nurturing relationships to ensure client satisfaction, this includes large traditional finance players, token issuers, banks or companies that have their own cryptocurrency.
- Coordinate closely with the trading desk to manage client requests, build relationship and grow existing book.
- Work closely across desks and regions, including Business Development, Trading desk (OTC and liquidity provision), Legal, and Compliance to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Use your in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets to support clients across Flowdesk products.
- Oversee client data requests and reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all client-related documentation and insights.
Background and experience
- 1 year of experience in the cryptocurrency industry, with a strong understanding of crypto markets and related financial products.
- 2-3 years of experience in traditional finance, within Capital Markets ideally.
- Proven experience in building client relationship in a high-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of financial products, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.

- Autonomous, proactive, and capable of making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently when required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English. Additional languages relevant to the EMEA region are a plus.
