Requirements

As the Trading Operations Analyst EMEA, you will be responsible for overseeing critical aspects of our trading operations in the EMEA region. You will play a key role in shaping trading strategies, ensuring governance and compliance, and managing the daily operational activities of the trading team. Your ability to manage risk, coordinate interdepartmental activities, and foster strong client relationships will be essential to the success of our trading operations in Paris or London.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Governance:

  • Manage trading routes for efficiency and profitability.
  • Establish and maintain governance structures.
  • Enforce transaction authorization policies and document optimized trading processes.
  • Oversee tools and external service providers.

Security & Risk Management:

  • Implement transaction monitoring for trading events and funding activities.
  • Safeguard vault and whitelisted addresses.

Interdepartmental Coordination:

  • Facilitate communication between departments.
  • Provide operational tools for efficiency.
  • Streamline client deployments and trading launches.

Database & System Management:

  • Maintain databases and ensure system interoperability.
  • Manage security tools and configurations.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Generate PnL reports and manage fund deployment.

Critical Task Handling:

  • Open exchange accounts.
  • Manage new fees and aggregation feeds.

Background and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications a plus).
  • At least 2 years of experience in cryptocurrency trading operations or financial markets.
  • Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency exchanges, trading platforms, and blockchain technology.
  • Excellent understanding of risk management and security protocols in the cryptocurrency industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Regulatory compliance knowledge and experience is highly desirable.
