The company is growing fast: joining us now means the chance to move on to other positions in the future, in France or abroad (Suresnes, Bordeaux and Montreal today, Melbourne tomorrow!).
“I joined FLYING WHALES as an intern for my final year project at ENAC, an engineering school specializing in aeronautics. The work the company needed to do soon required me to develop my piloting skills, so that I could make progress in the design office, on cockpit design for example. With the company's determination to help its employees grow, and strong support from my manager, the first step was to become a professional pilot. This was followed by further training and development, and now I'm part of the team preparing for future flight tests."
Today, there is no school for training LCA60T airship pilots.
So, to train all our crews, and especially our pilots, we have acquired a training airship: the A60R.
The year 2024 is dedicated to its delivery, assembly, overhaul and certification in Europe.
The A60R will thus be our first airship to be registered in France, and will enable us to train our first generation of male and female pilots in early 2025!
