Role Overview

We are on the lookout for an experienced Expert Fonctionnel SAP S/4HANA professional with proficiency in French and English (C1 level) for our Tunis office. This role is crucial for optimising our SAP solutions and ensuring the smooth transition to S/4HANA across our operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the functional analysis and design of SAP S/4HANA implementations tailored to organisational needs.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and document business requirements in a concise and detailed manner.
• Support and guide the configuration and customisation of SAP modules according to best practices.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of SAP solutions.
• Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues, and propose innovative solutions to overcome challenges.
• Ensure alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements.

Essential Skills and Expertise

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Functional Consultancy with specific expertise in S/4HANA.
• Deep understanding of SAP modules and their integration with other enterprise systems.
• Proficient in both French and English at a C1 level or above.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business processes.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate and present ideas to diverse audiences.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SAP implementation projects within the mobility sector.
• Certification in SAP S/4HANA or related modules.
• Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
