Your main missions will be:
Maintain our IT assets inventory (laptops, screens, printers, video conferencing systems, switches, mouse, keyboards, etc.)
Prepare, install laptops (hardware and software deployment) and IT devices (video conferencing, printing, etc.) and provide support
Onboard new employees on managing their access rights
Ensure the security of our assets, in compliance with our SOC 2 policies
Maintain, settle and support our networking equipments
Manage the commercial relationship with suppliers
Write, maintain and improve technical documentations for the IT team, and end-user documentations for all employees and contractors
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components
Collaborate with Platform team members to implement and maintain IT systems and procedures
Train end-users on new hardware and software applications
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT field
You will also participate in the following projects:
Test and choose the best equipments, optimizing price, comfort, and hardware / software compatibility
Implement GitGuardian’s MDM (Mobile Device Management) system
Work with the Platform team to provide a safe, reliable and secure work environment to all Guardians and contractors

2-5 years of previous experience in a similar position
Good knowledge of Linux, and macOS
Previous experience with an MDM or IT asset management system
Passion for computer hardware & software, support and automation
Good english skills (our team is composed of 20 nationalities)

You don’t hand passwords to users on post-it notes ;-)
