As an Account Executive for the US market, you will be instrumental in driving Gladia’s growth by building relationships with new clients, managing the sales process from prospecting to closing, and contributing to our market expansion. You’ll work closely with potential clients to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of Gladia’s solutions, and guide them toward impactful AI-driven transformations.
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outbound strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation, ensuring an exceptional experience for prospects at every stage.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by closing new business and upselling existing clients on additional services and solutions within Gladia’s AI product suite.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact to ensure their needs are met and satisfaction remains high.
Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Gladia’s AI solutions, staying up-to-date on new features and capabilities to effectively present tailored solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on strategy and deliver a cohesive experience across the customer journey.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on key sales metrics, adjusting tactics as needed to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Experience: 2-5 years in a B2B sales or account executive role, preferably in the SaaS, AI, or tech industry.
Sales Expertise: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with strong negotiation skills and a consultative sales approach.
Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the US market, particularly within the technology or AI sectors, is a plus.
Technical Aptitude: Comfort with AI and SaaS products, with the ability to understand technical concepts and convey them to clients.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage clients at all levels.
Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to improve sales outcomes.
Self-Motivated: Proactive and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
