Gladia was founded in 2022 by Jean-Louis Quéguiner, former VP Research & Innovation @OVHcloud, with a specific mission: to help companies leverage cutting-edge AI and retrieve actionable insights from audio data.
We raised $16M in Series A from top investors (XAnge, Illuminate Financial, XTX Ventures etc.) to build the ultimate audio AI infrastructure for voice-first platform.
Our raison d’être is to empower any voice-first companies enabling them to easily integrate our transcription capabilities into their products, regardless of language, industry, or tech stack. Our API supports advanced speech recognition and analysis features in over 100 languages, with exceptional accuracy and speed. Typical use cases are center solutions, note-taking assistant and meeting recorder.

Content creation: Write a variety of marketing content, including blog articles, checklists, guides, ebooks, social media posts, decks and video scripts. While some specific pieces may be occasionally outsourced to subject matter experts, youʼd write the vast majority of marketing collateral yourself in the foreseeable.
Content roadmap: Own and maintain the content calendar, ensuring consistent production of high-quality content across multiple mediums and audiences. Work closely with the marketing lead to establish and refine Gladia’s voice and tone.
Content distribution: Think distribution from the time you build a content roadmap and work in tandem with our growth expert to increase traffic to content. Update existing content to improve SEO and drive conversions and repurpose content across multiple channels.
Content measurement: Together with the team, analyze the impact of content and prioritize the roadmap based on content that builds our brand, drives traffic, and converts.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Interview and/or ghostwrite with subject matter experts, and serve as the primary editor across teams.
Content process: We do not have all of our processes, tools, and workflows built out yet; so together with our marketing lead, youʼll help us maintain and develop Gladiaʼs voice and tone.
Content project management: If necessary, manage external content contractors or agencies.
5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS companies, ideally centered around either GenAI/LLMS OR APIs.
Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives.
Demonstrated ability to educate audiences through industry-leading content, with established processes/frameworks/ideas to bring to the table.
Strong passion for generative AI, ASR, and related AI technologies, with a focus on both developer and decision-maker audiences.
Exceptional ability to transform complex ideas into easy-to-understand, visually appealing content.
Highly skilled in both writing and editing with an uncompromising quality bar.
Experience autonomously managing content roadmaps, editorial calendars, and production processes across multiple content types.
High level of autonomy, creativity, and initiative in researching information, generating new ideas, and solving challenges.
