We’re looking for our first dedicated Product Designer, responsible for shaping our UX and UI design practice across our products. You will set the design standards and lead the definition of our user experience.

You’ll collaborate with our product team and our tech team to build our new products and features so that they stand out in our market.

What You’ll Do:

• End-to-End Product Design: Lead the design process from ideation through to final execution, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• User Research & Testing: Take part in user interviews, usability testing, and synthesize findings to inform design decisions.

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web applications.

• Collaboration with Engineering: Work hand-in-hand with engineers to ensure the feasibility and fidelity of your designs are maintained through development.

• Iterative Design: Rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback and evolving product requirements.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design outputs align with Gladia’s brand guidelines and visual identity.

• +5 years of experience in product design and UX/UI design

• You’ve worked at a B2B startup with a technical audience at an early or growth stage preferred.

• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growing company

• Strong project management abilities with ability to prioritize, execute, and make design decisions on your own.

• You are very organized and structured

• On top of emerging design trends and industry developments in SaaS.
