As Gladia grows and our B2B SaaS product matures, we’re seeking a Founding Product Designer to enhance our AI audio service (web app and API). Reporting to the Product Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with a Product Manager and partner with a freelance UI Designer, allowing you to focus on product discovery and development.

Role

• End-to-End Product Design: Lead the design process from ideation through to final execution, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• User Research & Testing: Lead user interviews, usability testing, and synthesize findings to inform design decisions.

• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web applications.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on requirements and ensure every design is feasible and impactful.

• Iterative Design: Rapidly iterate on designs based on user feedback and evolving product requirements.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all design outputs align with Gladia’s brand guidelines and visual identity.

• +5 years of experience in product design and UX/UI design

• You’ve worked at a B2B startup with a technical audience at an early or growth stage preferred.

• Proven success in leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growing company

• Strong project management abilities with ability to prioritize, execute, and make design decisions on your own.

• You’re highly organized and structured, thriving in a dynamic environment where energy meets a bit of creative chaos.

• On top of emerging design trends and industry developments in SaaS.

• You’re fluent in French & English
