About Gladia

Founded in 2022 by Jean-Louis Queguiner (ex-OVHCloud) and Jonathan Soto (ex-MIT/Sigfox), Gladia builds best-in-class speech AI tools that empower businesses to deliver faster, more accurate, and innovative communication solutions worldwide.

Headquartered in vibrant tech hubs like Paris and New York City, Gladia is leading the charge in speech AI innovation. In under two years, we’ve grown exponentially, now serving over 150,000 users and 700 enterprise clients—including industry leaders like Attention, Circleback, Method Financial, and VEED.IO.

Our API supports advanced speech recognition and analysis in over 100 languages, setting a new standard for speed and accuracy across customer support solutions, voice agents, meeting assistants, and more.

Backed by world-class investors like Sequoia Capital, New Wave, and XAnge, we recently raised $16M in Series A funding—bringing our total funding to $20.3M. This investment powers our mission to build the ultimate AI audio infrastructure for leading platforms across the globe.

Role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead Gladia’s market research efforts and help define our go-to-market strategy. In this role, you’ll be the key market expert, directly shaping how we position, communicate, and sell our product in the years ahead.

This 18-month VIE position is based in New York (Manhattan), with an initial onboarding period in our Paris’ office before relocation to get fully immersed in Gladia’s tech and culture.

  • Lead and continuously update our market research and competitor watch. Your deliverables will include monthly market report decks, competitor battle cards, ecosystems maps, and other collateral aimed at deepening our understanding of the market;

  • Based on your research, define granular target customer profiles, including their pain points and jobs to be done, to inform our GTM strategies;

  • Take part in user interviews hand-in-hand with PMs as part of our product discovery;

  • Participate in virtual and on-site events to study our economic buyer and report your findings back to the GTM teams;

  • Educate the rest of the company, including C-levels, on market and competitive research via dedicated meetings and office hours;

  • Work with marketing to build compelling messaging, positioning, and value proposition for company products informed by user and market research

Profile

  • Previous experience in autonomously conducting in-depth market research in SaaS companies, financial institutions, or top-tier consulting firms;

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex B2B SaaS markets, ecosystems, and tech stacks and contextualize them within our broader GTM strategy — if you’re passionate about dissecting complex markets and technologies, this is a perfect role for you;

  • Ability to extract key insights from the vast body of first- and third-party research and adapt them to various stakeholders (product, marketing, sales, c-levels)—in fast-moving environments like ours, the ability to quickly pitch, focus on essentials, and help us drive execution is required;

  • Excellent oral and written skills in English — while you’re not expected to produce long-form marketing collateral yourself, you need to demonstrate excellent communication skills and produce structured, informative reports and visually compelling decks.

To qualify for a VIE (International Corporate Volunteer Program), candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Be between 18 and 28 years old at the time of registration (up until the day before your 29th birthday).

  • Be a citizen of a country in the European Economic Area (EEA) (European Union, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein) or Switzerland.

  • Be compliant with national service obligations (e.g., JDC for French citizens).

  • Candidates must not have previously completed a VIE or VIA (Volontariat International en Administration).

At Gladia, we thrive on creativity, collaboration, and a shared passion for pushing the boundaries. Our team is made up of brilliant AI minds, all working together to deliver solutions that make a real-world impact. Whether you're looking to solve complex challenges, innovate in a fast-paced environment, or be part of a global movement transforming communication, Gladia is the place for you
