Paris, Cesson-Sévigné, Toulouse

Ex-Head of Data, AI & Quantum Computing at OVHCloud, Jean Louis holds a Master’s Degree in Symbolic AI. Driven by a mission to simplify AI for developers, he built himself a chatbot to curate, classify and unify all AI applications in one store, enabling 13k+ model implementations to be classified in less than 4.5 years. Jean Louis previously founded Madgency, a sports processes consulting agency which promotes web sport management systems. He also worked as the CTO Data for Auchan. He spent a decade in the big data ML AI cloud industry frustrated by how difficult it was to get started. So he decided to make a product out of his frustrations! That is how Gladia was born.

Anna is a content strategist, specialized in multimedia content creation, branding, and digital marketing. She graduated cum laude from IE Law School (Madrid) and Sciences Po (Paris), where she majored in legal philosophy and media studies respectively. Her career spans AI, gaming, and XR industries. She’s passionate about innovation and design ethics. She fell in love with Gladia’s core team and its mission of making complex AI tech accessible to all.

Sami has joined Gladia as a Senior Software Engineer and has evolved to Engineering Manager six months ago. He graduated from a CS school called “42” and before Gladia was a Tech Lead for a Medtech company called TooBeeb and a Software Engineer for other early-stage startups. Sami decided to join Gladia instead of an already established huge company to have a chance to work on a growing tech that is AI. By joining Gladia, he wants to provide a plug-and-play experience to developers around the world so they can, from a single line of code, integrate state-of-the-art AI models without the pain of diving into the complexity of those.

Presentation

Gladia was founded in 2022 by Jean-Louis Quéguiner, former VP Research & Innovation @OVHcloud, with a specific mission: to help companies leverage cutting-edge AI and retrieve actionable insights from audio data.

We just raised $16M in Series A from top investors (XAnge, Illuminate Financial, XTX Ventures etc.) to build the ultimate audio AI infrastructure for voice-first platform.

Our raison d’être is to empower any voice-first companies enabling them to easily integrate our transcription capabilities into their products, regardless of language, industry, or tech stack. Our API supports advanced speech recognition and analysis features in over 100 languages, with exceptional accuracy and speed. Typical use cases are center solutions, note-taking assistant and meeting recorder.

We firmly believe that real-time AI represents the next frontier, poised to transform a multitude of industries. We just launched a fully multilingual real-time transcription and analytics engine that will reshape the transcription space enabling our clients to seamlessly create exceptional user experiences.
