About the Team

At Gorgias, the Demand Generation team is the tip of the spear of revenue generation. Our job is to maximize revenue by efficiently driving sales demos by running marketing experiments across multiple channels (email, ads, customer referral, direct mail), rapidly scaling the ones that work, and supporting other departments with growth expectations (sales, partnership, events, etc.)

The team itself is composed of two main squads:

  • Marketing Intelligence is responsible for growth experiments ideation, campaign management, data analysis, and copy creation. You’ll work with Rory Conroy

  • Marketing Operations is responsible for implementing, scaling, and maintaining automated acquisition systems, and turning your craziest ideas into a reality. including data extraction and transformation. You’ll work with Growth Engineer such as Guillaume Aubert, Victor Barre, Axel Ruiz and Data Analyst such as Gonçalo Jardim

About the Role

We’re targeting the top 1,000 largest e-commerce brands on Shopify, with 45% market share—double our competitors. Our goal is to capture the remaining 500 logos within two years.

We’ve built a dedicated enterprise tribe and are hiring an Enterprise Growth Lead to drive this effort. You’ll own marketing execution, collaborate with sales and partnerships, and be directly accountable for pipeline and ARR growth from this 600-brand segment.

What You’ll Do

  1. Develop and Execute Enterprise Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive growth strategies to engage and acquire large-scale e-commerce enterprises.

  2. Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives: Collaborate with sales, marketing and partnership to ensure alignment, drive enterprise customer acquisition and implement creative ABM campaigns (e.g., VIP experiences, “surprise & delight” campaigns, or 1events like sports games or exclusive dinners)

  3. Run Growth Experiments: Design and execute high-impact, unconventional experiments to open doors with enterprise prospects (e.g., create personalized “state of your CX” audit , sending bespoke physical mailers to execs, customer reference check, launching competitor "pain-point" ad campaigns targeting decision-makers.).

  4. Report and Measure Performance: Track KPIs and provide regular reports to senior leadership — whether through SQL queries or manual QA, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Who You Are

  • Enterprise Growth Specialist: Proven success in targeting and acquiring enterprise accounts, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments.

  • E-Commerce Expertise: Deep knowledge of the e-commerce landscape, with experience engaging large e-commerce brands.

  • Ownership and Growth Mindset: Driven to own ambitious targets, tackle challenges head-on, and continuously seek feedback for improvement.

  • Strategic and Data-Driven: Skilled in designing strategies and using data (SQL) to monitor performance and solve complex problems.

  • Collaborative Communicator: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders to align on and achieve shared goals.
