The position is available across our European hubs, including Paris (France), Lisbon (Portugal), Bucharest (Romania) and Belgrade (Serbia). Our work arrangement is hybrid, with a requirement of two days per week in the office.
You'll be joining our dynamic Automate team, a cross-functional group dedicated to revolutionizing customer support in the ecommerce space. Our mission is to seamlessly automate interactions between merchants and shoppers, creating effortless experiences for both sides. The Automate team consists of talented Software Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers, all working collaboratively to push the boundaries of AI-driven customer support. Our primary focus is developing and refining an innovative AI Agent capable of automatically answering customer requests with accuracy and efficiency.

Explore and implement performance improvements.
Work with other teams to help embed the products they develop inside the chat.
Collaborate with other engineers, sometimes from other teams, in order to take the right technical decisions. You will insist on high standards and will instrument code with logging and unit tests, and configure monitors and alarms for the important production functionalities.
You will help clarify the scope of work on a quarterly basis. You will analyze new product requirements and help clarify. You will provide technical consultation and brainstorm alternative ideas. You will break down project requirements into actual tasks and estimate effort.
6+ years of experience working with React and Node.js
At least one professional experience working with Python
You’ve demonstrated ownership in previous roles/ projects
You’ve worked in a team environment
Experience with TypeScript
Experience with WebSocket
Experience working on live chat features or products is a big plus!
