The position

Job description

Attached to the RF Team Leader, you will use your skills and experience to carry out the technical development of antenna components and, more broadly, RF-related elements.

As part of the activities of the team, composed of 20 people, your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Designing and simulating our RF components in the X to W band range using CST,

  • Participating in various projects to develop different technological components: masks, RF power networks, waveguides, etc.,

  • Conducting RF characterization of our antennas, RF power networks, reconfigurable metasurfaces, etc.,

  • Proposing specifications, writing test plans, carrying them out, and drafting the associated reports,

  • Regularly presenting your progress to team members and industrial partners,

  • Participating in customer demonstrations,

  • Keeping up with technological trends in your own field and in related research/disciplines.


Preferred experience

Graduated from an engineering school (Master’s degree or equivalent), you have a specialization in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (in RF or microwaves). You have at least 3 years of industrial experience and possess strong skills in microwave engineering and RF and/or antenna component design.

Experience in the Radar, Telecom, or SATCOM sectors would be a plus.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

  • Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of Microwave Engineering: wave propagation, antenna design,

  • Excellent knowledge or mastery of CST or HFSS,

  • Good knowledge or proficiency in Python or MATLAB, Git,

  • Knowledge of test setup for characterization,

  • Excellent knowledge or mastery of characterization tools (VNA, spectrum analyzer, anechoic chambers),

  • Knowledge of post-processing (using macros, schematic tools, script modification) would be a plus,

  • Knowledge of RFIC/MMIC would be appreciated,

  • Operational English, both spoken and written.
