I achieved this by joining DIAM and working with all the teams to develop an ambitious CSR strategy and actions in the field that have a real impact. It is true that our goals are very ambitious, but all the DIAM teams are involved and we are on the right track: 7% of our workforce comes from our social inclusion programme and we are among the first 400 companies in the world to have a 1.5° low-carbon trajectory validated by the Science Based Targets initiative. There is still a long way to go, but the motivation is intense and intact: preserving the planet and the future of those who inhabit it is no longer an option and we are all united behind this pressing need.”

To help combat climate change, the Group has made a commitment to the Science Based Targets initiative, which has validated its 1.5°C trajectory by reducing its carbon emissions by at least 46% by 2030.
