Guided by our unwavering principles of Humanity, Excellence, Responsibility, and Ingenuity, Prugent ensures an unparalleled standard of service, seamlessly maintained across diverse projects regardless of their location.
Our mission is to bring brand universes to life in the most beautiful way*, through aesthetics and the creation of emotional experiences, while embracing an innovative and sustainable approach.
In 2016, Prugent joined the DIAM Group, a global leader in Retail solutions for Luxury and Beauty brands.
Working with wood, passing on knowledge, a taste for beauty, teamwork: that’s why I do this job. I have been with Prugent for since 1988: I started with the historic founder of the business, Christian Prugent, and I have continued to support the development of the business since it was taken over in 2016 by DIAM Group. Being in production is not always easy: tight deadlines, taking into account the installation of our productions on customer sites, etc. It takes experience and professional knowledge of store layout (painting, locksmithing, fine sheet metalwork, polishing, cabinetmaking, etc.), management to get the teams on board, and good resistance to stress during unforeseen events, always with the quality of the finished product as the goal. Because above all, we are recognised by customers for the quality of our productions and we are proud of it.
My position as account manager is a very cross-functional job, with a ‘finger in every pie’. It is an opportunity for me to bring together all my professional experiences, from the design office to site monitoring and customer relations, and to put them into practice.
I was also trained in house to understand and meet the expectations of customers and the company.
It is a job that I greatly appreciate and that allows me to flourish.
