Who we are?

 

HarfangLab is a cybersecurity scale-up, and we have developed an Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) software to detect and mitigate modern cyberattacks on a company's workstations and servers. Our algorithms detect abnormal behaviors and generate security alerts or block program execution.

HarfangLab has grown significantly, reaching 115 employees and achieving several key milestones: winning the Ministry of Defense's cyber challenge, receiving the BPI's I-Nov award, and obtaining ANSSI certification for its software

Our initial clients include CAC40 industrial companies and government entities. We have raised a total of €30 million, enabling us to strengthen our teams and expand internationally across Europe.

Our mission is to protect businesses and government agencies from modern cybersecurity threats (cybercrime, data theft, influence) that endanger the economic health of companies and the security of the nation.

 

What you will do with us?

As a Sales Development Representative, your role will involve driving HarfangLab's business development in Germany and the Benelux region to generate maximum profitable revenue and track billing.

Your missions will include:

  • Prioritizing and anticipating actions to detect, qualify, and track opportunities in Germany and the Benelux region,
  • Mapping and prospecting new accounts: conducting phone prospecting and leveraging leads generated by marketing,
  • Opening new accounts and establishing our presence in these regions,
  • Managing the sales cycle from qualification to closing the opportunity with the support of the Pre-Sales team and in coordination with partner managers,
  • Facilitating interactions with other departments involved in commercial deals (Pre-Sales, Marketing, etc.),
  • Creating and maintaining account plans for key clients in the target regions,
  • Managing relationships with existing accounts to ensure retention and satisfaction,
  • Additionally, participating in various events within the German and Benelux ecosystems to build visibility and strengthen relationships.


About you

Hard Skills 

  • You are a final-year student in a business school or equivalent program, looking for an end-of-studies internship,
  • You have a first experience in prospecting,
  • You have a keen interest in opening new accounts and are developing your negotiation skills,
  • You are working on building relationships and improving your interpersonal skills,
  • You are bilingual in French and German, with a strong proficiency in English.

Soft Skills 

  • You are recognized for your personal qualities such as empathy, humility, diligence, and ethics,
  • You know how to work in a team, and you especially enjoy it!
  • You are reliable, passionate and self-reliant in your role,
  • Pressure doesn't intimidate you: you can handle it and manage your stress.
