Meet our team

We are a team of four people helping Heidelberg Materials on the journey toward fully digital processes. We are looking for a new team member to support our global HR platform, Workday, with our local HR and global IT systems, and help our internal customers in making the best use of it..

What will you do

You’ll be in charge of enlarging the existing Workday system and providing sophisticated second-level support. You’ll closely cooperate with other HR System specialists within your team as well as other countries’ teams. Managing extraction and conversions of all necessary data from Workday to the local HR Core system, is going to be the job on daily bases too.

Requirements

We are looking for these competencies:

  • Solid understanding of HR Systems preferably Workday and HR Processes from end to end
  • Ability and openness to learn new technologies and technical skills quickly.
  • Have experience working with service delivery and support in ticketing system.
  • Curiosity about new features and releases
  • Ability to create effective documentation.
  • Ambition to deliver value -added work with customer-centric approach

What is beneficial:

  • Knowledge, how to set up and utilize EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) to make mass updates in Workday.
  • Any Configuration prior experience within Workday
  • Research in Workday Community
