The team encompasses a very wide range of profiles and skills organised into 4 major units: technology, industrial operations, business and customer engagement, and support.

All passionate about mobility and a drive to keep people safe, In&motion employees work enthusiastically and with high standards to provide users with the product best suited to their needs.

This team includes the company’s support functions: finance, office management, strategy and HR. It is managed by Rémi, the CEO. The communication and product marketing teams also report to Rémi.

Following an education at both ECAM Lyon and HEC Paris, Rémi spent 7 years in merchant banking, before joining Valentin and Pierre-François to co-found In&motion. Backed by his experience, Rémi is the CEO at In&motion and oversees everything related to strategy and finance.

The business team coordinated by Pierre-François, the co-founder, oversees the business development of our markets and relations with our partner brands (motorbikes, horse riding, skiing, urban mobility). The Customer Engagement team works each day to coordinate our user community and answer their questions.

An ECAM graduate, Pierre-François continued his education at EM Lyon on a entrepreneurship course. Backed by his experience in business development and new markets, Pierre-François oversees Business, Sales, Customer Engagement and Marketing. His passion for motorbikes and skiing shines through each day!

Our product is the collection of hardware, software and services offered to our users. The product marketing team works hand-in-hand with all the other teams, and is responsible for building and deploying the product roadmap in the company.

As part of her Master's degree in digital marketing, Apolline joined the In&motion team for a placement that became a work-study contract at In&motion, as an assistant product manager. She is now an employee and a junior product manager.

The Operations team covers product development, supply chain and procurement, quality and after- sales.

The product development team coordinated by Amandine has around ten employees who work each day to improve our airbag module and integrate it within the products of our partner brands. She works on a large number of projects to prepare the products of the future!

By completing a placement in product development at In&motion during her studies at ECAM, Amandine revealed talents that she could pair with her passion for biking. After working in several positions, she now manages the product development team and supervises around ten employees.

The tech team covers data science, innovation, web and app development. This passionate team harnesses cutting-edge technology and data to fulfil our mission: saving lives.

Following a doctorate in material chemistry and physical properties, Michael started studying data science as part of a work-study contract at In&motion. He is now part of the innovation team as a data scientist, where he applies his enthusiasm and passion to develop and improve our algorithms.
