As User Acquisition Manager, you will lead the definition and implementation of our whole user acquisition strategy with an international and multi-platform (mobile & web) perspective, with the view of growing Joko’s user base and revenue. You will be part of the Growth division of the Marketing team and you will report to the Head of Growth. Your missions will be:
Manage all online paid advertising campaigns: plan and set up acquisition and awareness campaigns on different channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Search Ads…), deep dive into performance and competition’s practices to identify, test, and implement optimization opportunities and more generally manage our advertising budget and its allocation across channels to reach the best performance.
Drive creative optimization: provide valuable insights to our internal design team and partner with the most relevant external content creators to come up with the best-performing creatives for acquisition campaigns.
Be the owner of our acquisition target costs and profitability: share reliable and insightful analysis of paid acquisition results and iterate on the strategy to define the most relevant initiatives to grow our ROAS.
Lead our App Store Optimization strategy through continual benchmarking and testing in order to maximize our visibility and conversion on the app and browser extension stores.
Work hand-in-hand with other teams such as Product and Data to coordinate efforts in reaching the company’s growth ambition.
We are currently looking for a Senior and an Intermediate profile:
Experience: You have 3y+ (Intermediate) or 5y+ (Senior) successful experience in B2C mobile paid acquisition and ASO and you fully master user acquisition platforms, tools, and OS technicalities.
Languages: You are a native French speaker (because our campaigns’ content is in French) and are fluent in English both written and spoken, as our team is international.
Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and you are able to explain something complex with simple words.
Analytical skills: you love solving complex problems and analyzing data to drive actionable insights and initiatives.
Methodology: you are used to experimentation methodology and you are able to learn and adapt quickly to dynamic business goals.
Curiosity. You are very curious and enthusiastic about emerging trends, channels, and technologies.
Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges and getting hands-on.
Attention to details: You know that the devil is in the details, and you have a talent for spotting flaws if there are any.
Efficiency: You are fond of productivity tools and able to deliver on time on projects with many stakeholders.
