📌 Role overview

Jus Mundi is looking for a Data Operations Analyst to join our Global Legal Data team. As a Data Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in operating our data pipeline and ensuring that our processes are efficient.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with engineers, product managers and lawyers to ensure the quality of Jus Mundi’s database. You will report to our Director of Legal Content, who is in charge of overseeing the creation and management of all content on Jus Mundi.

This position is based in Paris with a hybrid remote working arrangement.

📌 Responsibilities

As a Data Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Oversee and manage the lifecycle of data from ingestion to processing, ensuring high levels of accuracy, integrity, and compliance. To this extent, you will be working closely with our Legal Content team and our Data Entry Operator.

  • Create, update and manage dashboards that members of the team may need for operations or analytics.

  • Handle communications with external service providers and organizations that provide us with materials to integrate into the database.

  • Coordinate projects internally and ensure timely delivery of tasks.

  • Collaborate with engineers to develop and enhance processes for effective data flow.

  • Ensure that data management practices comply with relevant standards and internal security protocols.

  • Support the team in performing data entry tasks using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, or other computer software (i.e. Abbyy).


Preferred experience

📌 Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

  • A first experience in data operations, data analytics, or a similar role in a tech environment.

  • SQL proficiency.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus.

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Power BI) is a plus.

  • Knowledge or experience in basic coding and scripting, with familiarity in no-code or low-code tools is a plus.

  • Legal knowledge or prior experience in a legal-tech company (not necessarily specialized in arbitration or litigation) is a plus.

📌 Languages

  • Fluency in English is a requirement. Knowledge in other languages including French is an asset.
