In collaboration with the VP of People you will play a pivotal role in attracting, selecting and onboarding the best talent worldwide.
🌟 What You’ll Do
Define and optimize recruitment processes and strategy:
Develop and standardize recruiting workflows across Europe, USA and Asia;
Design and drive the adoption of efficient & structured recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience (review and refine interview questions, templates, business cases);
Partner closely with our managers to understand recruiting plans across all functions, manage the forecast & timelines;
Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation. This includes screening and assessing candidate profiles to ensure a strong alignment with Jus Mundi’s values, culture, and technical requirements.
Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates;
Leverage data-driven insights: Use recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and ensure high-quality hires.
Drive employer branding initiatives: Collaborate with Marketing Team to position our company as an employer of choice through engaging and irresistible content, events and strategic partnerships
Overhaul onboarding processes: Support the design and implement effective onboarding experiences to ensure new hires feel welcomed, engaged and equipped to succeed.
Experience: Proven track record of at least 4 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role, with experience in global or multi-regional settings.
Analytical mindset: Strong ability to analyze recruitment data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling materials.
Employer branding expertise: A creative eye for storytelling and branding is a plus!
Languages: Fluency in English is required; French or additional languages are a bonus.
