You will be based in Paris and report directly to the CMO. Your focus will be on driving field marketing initiatives in the UK and Nordics markets, ensuring strong local engagement and alignment with Kameleoon’s global marketing strategy
By joining Kameleoon, you will:
Event Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute industry events, trade shows, webinars, and local meetups to enhance Kameleoon’s visibility and lead generation.
- Manage relationships with event organizers, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee logistical, technical while ensuring alignment with brand positioning and commercial objectives.
Content and Lead Gen campaign localisation:
- Adapt and localize global marketing assets (blogs, case studies, newsletters, email campaigns, presentations, etc.) to resonate with local markets.
- Work closely with customers and CSM teams to identify, develop, and showcase impactful customer success stories that strengthen Kameleoon’s credibility and market positioning.
- Plan and follow targeted lead generation campaigns, leveraging multi-channel approaches (email and content marketing) in collaboration with our Growth Marketer.
- Create & schedule engaging social media content to amplify the reach of key events and campaigns.
Collaboration with Growth & Sales:
- Work hand-in-hand with our Growth Marketer and Local Sales teams to optimize lead management, ensuring marketing-generated leads are nurtured and converted efficiently.
- Support the Sales and the Partnership teams by providing localized marketing materials, tools, and insights to help them engage prospects effectively.
Performance tracking:
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to continuously improve strategies.
- Report with our growth manager on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and ROI, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
