Yann arrived in 2018 for an internship as a developer, and he is now a Delivery Leader at Kbrw. He combines his technical knowledge with his IT project experience to support projects and client teams every day in installing and operating their solutions. Alongside these operational challenges, Yann manages and supervises the transformation and continuous improvement projects across the Delivery & Operations department to continue the team's development and support the company's growth.
As Lead Developer in the company's Delivery & Operations department, Philippe is responsible for developing IT projects in the logistics sector. On an everyday level, he manages the development teams and communicates regularly with customers to maintain a transparent relationship based on trust to satisfy their needs as closely as possible.
Philippe Romano is the co-founder and CEO of Kbrw. He began his entrepreneurship journey following his studies in telecommunications and engineering. He has been building Kbrw alongside his three co-founders since 2009. Under his management, Kbrw has become a key player in the market for OMS/WMS solutions and now has over 140 employees. The solution created by Philippe Romano and his partners is based on a high-performance technology platform and meets the economic and social needs of the market. Combining sector-specific and digital knowledge, Philippe Romano helps French market leaders such as LVMH, Michelin, Stellantis and Monoprix in their digital transformations.
As Management Controller at Kbrw, Nominoë leads the FP&A unit within the finance department. The unit's goal is to collect Kbrw's operational and financial information and project it forwards to enable informed company management across both operations (including project profitability) and the enterprise as a whole to help ensure healthy growth.
As an engineer experienced in IT project management, supply chain and customer relationship management, Léa leads the team of Customer Service Managers at Kbrw. With her team, she helps customers define their needs and manage projects throughout their life cycles. Operating like an orchestral conductor, she acts as a bridge between the delivery team and the customers to offer them the best solution for their needs.
