1. Flexi Remote
   Designed for our team members based in Greater London and Île-de-France:

   • No mandatory office days.

   • Enjoy access to our beautiful offices in Paris (9th arrondissement) and central London whenever you like.

2. Full Remote
   Available for our team members living in France, the UK, Spain, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands, the USA, Dubai, and Singapore:

   • Work from wherever suits you best.

   • Want to visit the office? Kiln covers all your expenses (travel, hotel, dinner).

The entire team comes together 4 times a year during our famous “offsites.” These fully covered events are the perfect opportunity to bond and create unforgettabl

Kiln rents a building in the 9th arrondissement.
The layout of the space has been designed for the utmost comfort of the teams: large curved screens, comfortable chairs, and very bright rooms.

There are generally always 10 to 25 Kilners on-site.
We will be moving to new offices in early 2025, still in Paris 9!
