  • Develop close working relationships with cross-functional teams and maintain a strong understanding of product and protocol-level developments.

  • Draft and maintain key legal documentation, including product terms of use, user disclosures, privacy notices, and policy frameworks.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable internal processes for integrating legal review and risk assessment into product development cycles.

  • Support the structuring and launch of innovative product features and go-to-market strategies while identifying and mitigating associated legal and regulatory risks.

  • Provide commercially sound legal advice on a wide range of matters including commercial contracts, IP, data protection, and corporate initiatives (e.g. grants, investments).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of legal experience, with a strong focus on digital assets, fintech, or financial services.

  • Experience in advising on blockchain technology, staking, DeFi, and token-related matters.

  • Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks impacting digital assets.

  • Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.

  • Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in a legal advisory capacity.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating regulatory and legal risks in emerging markets.

  • Already based in APAC, Dubaï or Emirates.

Nice to have

  • Fast-growing startup experience.

  • Ideally Japanese or Mandarin speaker.
