Our day-to-day activities are focused on driving new customer acquisition and reinforcing our customers’ satisfaction and long-term retention. In this context, Kurmi Software is hiring for a Presales Engineer (Solution Engineer) to join Kurmi Software Inc in North America. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for following activities across multiple technology (e.g. Cisco, Microsoft, Zoom, Genesys, …):
Supporting the Revenue team throughout the entire sales cycle for any technical matters.
Creating technical presentations and showcasing how products meet client needs.
Conducting proof of concept (POC) to demonstrate software benefits to customers.
Preparing and managing responses to tenders (bid management).
Offering pre-sales technical support and product education.
Developing integrator/channel partners and providing technical training.
Helping establish and maintain technical relationships with customers.
Convincing clients that a product or service best meets their needs.
Assisting marketing and sales by attending trade shows, conferences, and other major events in the industry.
Collaborating with product teams and technical experts to continuously enhance the software.
Providing training and creating support materials for the sales team.
Supporting Post-Sales by offering ongoing technical support and guidance to customers with CSM teams, optimizing their use of the software.
Engineering degree or equivalent.
Strong business & presales experience i.e. Unified Communication, Collaboration, conferencing & UCaaS.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the Unified Collaborations industry.
Minimum 3 years in a technical presale’s organization.
Engineering in Computer Sciences, Software or equivalent relevant experience.
Handle technical and customer relationships.
Good knowledge of “traditional” voice communications systems and applications.
Ability to present topics in a clear and concise manner to many levels of technical skill sets and audience sizes.
Thrive in a fast-paced business environment with customer interaction, deadlines, and high-value expectations.
Work effectively with multiple customers from different region.
Strong Technical Proficiency with Cisco UC (UCM, WebEx, among others) or Microsoft UC (O365, MS Teams), Linux OS, Global knowledge of Networks / Telecom, Web Systems, and architectures.
Ability to discuss Business Objectives, timelines and ROI with customers.
Ability to deploy proof of concept from end to end.
Good knowledge of the UC ecosystems and UC&C partners’ market.
Independent, proactive, curious, customer and solution-focused, very organized.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% of time
Full time position
The standard OTE range for this position is starting at $110,000 annually + variable compensation. The compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
