A start-up that has been growing for almost 15 years, Kurmi's 120 employees are committed to a common mission: enabling organizations to simplify and automate the day-to-day management and administration of unified communications.
After 15 years, the opening of 4 international offices, raising funds in 2020 and doubling our workforce in less than five years, Kurmi now serves more than 150 organizations, including the world's largest corporations, and more than 4 million users worldwide.
In 2021, we launched Kurmi as a Service, a SaaS solution that marks a new turning point in our development.

Our objective is to solve more and more problems, and to develop our SaaS solution while simplifying Unified Communications administration as much as possible.

At Kurmi we have a weekly ritual. Every Monday, we hold a Hello Together (town hall), a short meeting (max 30 minutes) during which we share the past week's achievements and current challenges. When you join Kurmi, you'll have the opportunity to introduce yourself to all your colleagues at your first Hello Together!
Every year we organize a global event for all our employees around the world, which we call “Kurmi Together”. This 2-day seminar strengthens the bonds between teams, with a program that includes sharing strategic issues, success stories, challenges and team-building activities. Above all, the aim is to spend an unforgettable time together.

Since 2022, Kurmi has been supporting Enfants du Désert, a French association dedicated to helping children in southern Morocco, focusing on supporting education, building libraries and schools, and helping families with financial and material donations, including books and computers.
